Easton Update

We just got back from the doctor. He had us come back in to recheck our progress on Easton's neck. According to the doctor Easton's neck is actually worse than it was 3 weeks ago. When you look at him straight on it appears that his neck has straightened out a bit but in examining his neck muscles the doctor says he is much tighter than the last time he saw him. So . . . . . now we wait to hear from Mary Free Bed to start our physical therapy. The doctor thought they might send Easton for a head scan first to get a good picture of where we are before therapy. Unfortunately the doctor predicted we may have to go to therapy AT LEAST through the rest of the summer, if not longer. I am really bummed out about all of this but at least his condition is still fixable. Doc says if we would not have caught this until Easton was 6 months old it might not have been treatable. I am trying to stay positive and see the light at the end of the tunnel but I just don't want my baby to have to go through all of this. More news to come when we hear from Mary Free Bed.

Thanks for the update, we've been anxious to hear how things were going. Your family is in our thoughts, and we're thankful this is a treatable and temporary.
