Physical Therapy News

So another session of physical therapy last night. Lisa says she is seeing some improvement every time we revisit her. He is standing up with his left leg first so much more often, he is turning his head to the left farther and farther, and holding his head at midline almost all of the time. She says he really only tilts his head when he is crawling or transitioning positions. She said he is so close. It's like losing the last 5-10 pounds. Gettin him past the last 10 degrees is going to be the hardest. She has recommended that he wear a tot collar to help. If you google "tot collar" you can see what it looks like. I absolutely hate the idea of it but know if it could help we should try it. He wouldn't wear it all of the time - only during supervised play b/c of the choking hazard. Great - choking hazard. We have been at this PT stuff for nearly 10 months now. Will it ever end?
